@maxakalegend Zombe's mods require a bit of extra work to install, so you'll need to check the instructions for that mod.

And does extended reach still works?? Its 1.5 in the download website. When i have done it, i login but then minecraft gets a black screen( for ever) or can you do it for me??(i sens my minecraft file to yo and then you do it.(only if you want to do it)

I made only a back up from the jar file, is that just fine(when its won't work and i replace the modded jar one with back up) wil it just work normal?? Like without mod.

You can also get to the .minecraft folder through the new launcher, under "Options", along with the force update option that makes it re-download all of the game files.

@mr9atomic9bomb Sounds like you may have borked your minecraft.jar file. Make sure it's still named ".jar" and not ".jar.zip" or something like that.

If all else fails, delete your /bin/ and /resources/ files and next time you launch minecraft it will attempt to re-download the game as if it's not been installed.
