(I lived in seahorse lane; and headland drive). well, enjoy it! dont forget to check out the rock pools if you haven't yet (down a path on the way to the reservoir). Kids will like it.
I used to live there for 14 years, 1990-2004. Bakc in 1990 none of that stuff left of the main beach existed, nothing on the peninsula next to the ferry. Only the builidngs up to headland drive. The plaza didn't exist either - just the shopping area which is now mainly restaurants on the right as you come off the ferry (with costa coffee etc). The 'Greens' (where you live) were being built. In fact, that whole area in front of the greens was only built post-2000! (no airport or tunnel of course)
