What training did you to to learn all this? I'm a training gymnast currently, never tried dance. I don't get flexibilty from gymnastics because I train tumbling more so than sports acro. I've started doing stretches to loosen my body up, and I've thought about going into ballet or yoga classes for some deeper training. Do you have any suggestions that I could follow to get as flexible as yourself? The tricks you do look crazy and I would like to be able to do some of them!
