I think there is truth in this video's concepts of environmental and lifestyle factors that can contribute to getting cancer, but I think that cancer can still happen even if you alter these.

I have stomach cancer. My father died of it at 28. I have type A blood. These are 2 markers for getting stomach cancer.

The fatal assumption is cancer is caused by environment or dietary influences. Cancer starts in the psyche, this is the one and main area that even the "alternative practitioners" continue to laud the emperer's new suit. 100 years + of research and still no diffenitive answers. "Cancer epidemic"??? How about an epidemic of the destruction of the family?

you have to reverse the unhealthy and replace it with healthy. that makes sense to me

Hydrate - 8 glass of water a day. Drink coconut water and milk. Eat green vegetables - kale, bok choi, broccoli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts.... cucumber, celery, mint leaves.
