Juno is incredible armed, when i crossed the sea on the boat i was expecting another base on the other side or at least a battle torn city, instead there was Costa del Sol and a few hamlets, what was the use for that big cannon and the whole army and SOLDIERS if the only people to fight on the planet were the ninjas from Yuffie's town?, the ff7 world needed another superpower to validate Shinra's army, the same thing happened in ff8.
