It might be from HAARP being beamed down from Alaska. The waves from HAARP burrow down into fault lines causing earthquakes. Since the stratosphere ions get excited, the sky changes color like northern lights.

Amazing! Those I believe are Hebrew letters. (from left to right) ALEF, TAV, (Unknown)....ALEF is the first letter in the Hebrew alphabet, TAV is the last letter in the Hebrew alphabet. The the third letter I cannot figure out. But so far I think it translates to First and Last. God put that there for the well informed. WOW!

Considering this happened just after an earthquake, it could be that a combination of water molecules and dust may cause something like a rainbow when the sun shines through it.

I have been researching so called chemtrails and remembered the Chile earthquake witness. Bizarre
