If you are maxing out...you need to touch your chest or come very close to it.....
IF you are just working out keep your elbows at 90 degrees...which you were pretty much doing in this video. Going to your chest while working out doesnt isolate chest as much, works shoulders/other muscles to take over chest, and increases injury.
