Um... I wasn't actually auditioning for Lumiere, I was going for the Beast. But when I was being considered for Lumi, I sang "Les Poissons" from Little Mermaid and made the panel laugh. That was pretty much it. ;-)

Yeah, you can probably tell that the quality of the sound is pretty... well, crap. Some voices drown out the others because they are walking past the shotgun mikes. I assure you, it sounded much better in the theatre. :-D

Yeah! That always happens when people get too close to the mics! This is a really good production in my opinion - wasn't trying to be mean, it just made me laugh. That guy, whoever it was, was really proud of his harmonies!

Here's how I see it...kid that plays Lumiere: Great actor! BUT! You strike me as more of a LeFou...and trust me...though LeFou is a a smaller character...he is NOT easy to play...you have to be funny...you can't be a boring LeFou...so, there...

You'd be correct. :-) Different company hired the sets and costumes from the company that performed it originally.
