Basicly, your first char has to be a class that can do healer or tank. Just do dungeons as healer or tank while questing to get nearly instant queues and tons of XP. Can't follow quests ( lleveling too high, low level quests ). Wait till you're high level enough to aces " Hero's Call Board ", in Orgrimmar or SW. For making a DPS only, give it heirlooms full set and go have fun leveling BG only :). That's the best way to do it.

LFG system is SLLLLOOOOOWWWW, its a more fun way to level but takes about 3 times as long then when im just sticking to quests, especially 68+, on average in Lich king doungouns at level 70+ you usually get about 1-2 bars exp per dungoun while doing quests you could do that same amount in maybe 10 minutes (and getting a decent group isnt always a given with the dungoun finder)

yeah u got the idea ;D but seriously, the actual quickest way to level, is to invite a friend to the game, then one of u become a healer and one become a tank. spam dungeons until level 60 (when u stop getting the triple exp). i did this and me and my mate got to level 60 in 4 days playing for bout 2- 4 hours each day. it is so quick its unreal. at about level 16 - 22 we were even dinging 2 times in a dungeon. thats how much exp we were getting (without heirlooms).

dude even at that low of level u should have a shield pull with a charge not a taunt ur slow at picking up adds and in general look like u are lost. warrior 2h tanking ftl only reaason u held aggro is cause dps waited 15 secs to dps world better ur not a tank and 75g at lvl 40 is not something to be happy about should have that in greys after 1 day of play time

@wildbear76 Lol i am so happy for your pro-nes. Ask anyone who actually knows what they are doing in this game. And i hope you don't know what you are doing, because if you did, you fail.

1) If a player is strictly leveling, not in the AH, there is no way they can make more then 100g by that time.

2) The reason i had agro is because i had my sunders up, and i generally pulled more dps = More agro. Seeing as the Healer didn't have a problem with my tanking, it wasnt.

@irishman925 Because im going for the fastest way to lvl, Profession's slow down leveling time. + Herbs that level are the most expensive because people dont farm them, Id say keep doing what your doing to get a lot of gold, if you are not looking for the fastest way to level.

yeah well my troll is one of many characters i have. Basically what you want to do if you are new to the game is:

A) Check out One of the guide links in the side bar, those can get you to 80 in a month or less.

B) Level a Tank or Healer, get them to lvl 15 and do the LFG System

Yeah my battlegroup is SUPER healing deprived. We can fill DPS in 2 seconds. Im a tank so I get to the top of the queue quickly but its just a matter of finding a damn healer...
