Massachusetts' supreme court violated their own state constitution just by hearing the Goodridge case, as it clearly prohibited the court from hearing a case regarding marriage. The four red coats in black robes who ruled that same-sex marriage was a right then violated the state constitution in numerous other ways. The legislature then stole the right to vote from the commonwealth by denying them the right to vote on a voter initiative amendment to protect marriage as a one man one woman union.

They can just do it! Force them to with a law, and the results are predictable. The company will see its health benefits costs go up (as health costs for homosexuals are higher, don't even try to argue this point), so they will raise the premium for EVERYBODY. Should they have to? I doubt you'll petition against that.
