I work in waterstones and I wish for this customer to come in and talk to our manager like that, then they will know how awful it is to make us approach customers like this.
As a shop worker, this sort of thing gets SO ANNOYING. We have to come up and say "Hi, do you need any help" etc AS IT'S PART OF OUR JOB. ANY customer could be a mystery shopper, and I have to do EVERY part of the routine ¬¬
Plus i8t's just courtesy to say Hello when someone enters your shop, it is NOT call to SHOUT AT ME. I am a person too KTHX.

@NamenlosV I know what you mean, in my job we're forced to be excessively pushy, and I hate it. Being on the other side of it, you wish they'd leave you alone. My approach is always a hello as they enter, then if they ask me something, i'll help them, if not, leave 'em be.
..I laughed and laughed and laughed after seeing this....and everytime I walk in the shop in which a shop assistant comes to me in 5 sec and ask if I need any help I have to hold 'it' in as it remainds me this scene all the time....
