That is not true at all. Being saved IS a one time thing. You realize your a sinner, so you ask Jesus into your heart, and save you from hell. Now im not sayin once you ask him in your heart, all is good, and your done. No, you still need to ask for forgiveness from time to time because we are not perfect, and we do screw up. But your making it sound like things we do can help us. None of it is about us, its about Christ, and what HE did for us on the cross.
he helps me everyday and I thank him for all that he has given me and all that he has helped me do. He needs to know that we love him and that we care as much as he does.

Its God's love that saved us and it's God's love that grows us. You should always remember who you serve. It only takes one time getting saved to seal you till redemption but you have to die daily and continue to walk with Jesus and become the Godly person he wants you to be.
