I was 2 years old in 1963 and my dad 'Owen Rowe' along with Prime minister Errol Barrow of Barbados, was part of the groundbreaking ceremony. Fast forward to 4 minute 16 second mark to view the flag raising. My dad is the one clapping his hands. Bravo Canada.
