  • I think it's a shame this game doesn't have a realistic mode. would be better than the dirt games then.

  • This game has the best mud effects in an rally game and the coolest terrain deformation too. Something still absent in DIRT3.

This is how dirt really looks like. Codemasters should take lessons.

  • Good game

  • does it comes with a split screen mode????pleaz reply planning to buy that game tmrw :)

  • Very pretty game. Nice Pc. I just got a new pc

    Specs:

    Radeon HD 5770

    Phenom 2 x6 1055t

    700 WT power supply

    4Gb RAM

    1 TB Hard Drive

Windows xp (dual booting windows 7 on it soon)

And it was only like $900

  • @BenTheEpic If I buy a pc in those specs here in Brazil I'd spend something over 1500 bucks or else. =/

I spend something over 1100 bucks to buy my pc. Specs:

    Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400 2.66ghz

    4gb ram corsair

    geforce 9500gt 1gb ddr2

    motherboard ASUS P5QPL-AM.

Sad, bro. Really sad, isnt it?

  • Its amazing how, other then Sega Rally Revo, no other rally game till today did this realistic enviroment deformation,

    Amazing looking game!

  • @draconpost

    Xpand rally - rules !

  • The problem is that is not anymore on Steam, D2D, Games on Demand or Gamersgate...

  • This game looks much better than DiRT and it does not need such powerful GPU.

Also it's arcade - don't compare its gameplay with DiRT or RBR.

BTW Xpand Rally - that's a good rally game (IMO better than DiRT).

  • Colin McRae DiRT now thats a rally game.

  • @oneangrybride Agreed... the handleing is realistic.. and is alot better then this.. but Dirt 2 is alot better... i like the new W.R.C 2010 but the crashing and stages puts me off the stages are just sections from 3 differant stages and the crashig effect is terrible.. but otherwise its a amazing game :D

  • lol omg you guys dont know about classic games. this is a evolution of sega rally. every game has their gameplay and this is a classic arcade game. dont talk about dirt or richard burns rally. Its a cool game. I miss the world when games are simple and everyone liked them

  • Richard Burns Rally you guys should check it out no thats a rally game

  • I would choose DiRT 2, because its better, you can even break your car. In this game, no demages......

  • @forrunescapeucoz dirt1 hella of a lot better than that shitty dirt 2, try downloading AIO editor for dirt 1 , youll love it

  • Great Video dude

  • how do you change the controls and their sensitivity. i pressed the button for like haøf a second and the car started to do donuts....

  • this game is shit i have it sucks

  • and im have windows vista

  • can im have on minimum

    intel celeron 2,00ghz dual core

    256 mb nvidia geforce 7050

    4 gb ram

  • Im sooo happy. I got a 8800 GTS 640 MB card on ebay for £6. I cant belive it!!. This game is awesome!

  • I have a question why the game required sm 2.0 and what is the meaning of that?

  • there's damage????

  • Awesome Game.

The most fun rally car game in the world with challenge and very good graphics.

  • I agree, very good game, love it!!

  • @nobodypersonsomeone It's not a very good game, no car customization, only paint, bad gameplay, it's just sliding around corners the only good thing are the graphics

  • It's a shame that Sega Rally Revo only runs at 30 frames per second on Xbox 360 and PS3.

It's ironic that the developers were inspired by the original MODEL 2 arcade Sega Rally, which ran at a consistant 60fps in 1995.

Only with the PC version of Sega Rally Revo do you get the chance to run the game at 60fps, if you have at least a decent, midrange graphics card. Console players are out of luck, they're stuck with 30fps cause M$ & Sony limited the GPUs to 8 ROPs and a 128-bit bus.

  • its much the difference between 30fps and 60fps?? its only the speed sensation

  • @luis22892

Fluidity of animation. On racing game, not so much difference.

  • It does NOT run at 60fps with "a decent, midrange graphics card".

On a 8800GTS it doesn't even run on constant 30fps. I upgraded my PC back then to achieve the fabulous Sega arcade feeling.

Can anybody confirm Sega Rally PC @ 60fps on recent systems?

  • yeah on my friend computer's with his Geforce GTX 295 =D its awesome

  • @YuzoTibi, yes i have a:

    Core 2 Quad Q9550 2.83GHz

    4GB HyperX Ram

    9800 GTX 1GB

And it runs at the full 60fps, i think it sometimes went to 70 which was a bit weird because you can only see 60fps.

  • @YuzoTibi

Run smoothly on my 8600 GTS equipped with AMD Phenom II X4 940 and 8GB DDR2-RAM

  • u must have a hell of a good graphic card...

  • Not really , a 3870 or 9600 GT is enough , they cost around 100€ ( In germany )

  • I've a Pentium 4, 1 GB RAM and a 7600GS of 512MB running on XP, is it going to run smoothly if I install it?

  • no it won't, you have to lower all the graphic settings at the game options for the game to run at a decent speed with your config

  • I've got similar spec pc it runs really good on your pc and it looks amazing and plays good, the only thing my pc is missing is good graphics i'vr got a ati radeon x1550 512mb one, thanks for posting the vid i've decided to buy geforce 8800gts graphics card.

  • first ime ive seen this, is it as good as DiRT?, would you say, and how does it run on pc compared to the cpu/gpu power hungry Codemasters title?

  • it's not by far as good as DIRT but it's very frugal on your computer resources

  • lol q desastre de conduccion xdd

  • clock many racing games bro?? geez nice drivin

  • Awesome! I Cant wait!
