HI. this dog comes from France (parents: Roxane du Dragon d'Eau and Peps de la niche du Bonheur - try to google them). Both parents are sprot dogs training IPO in France. But as you are from US try to google "Ot Vitosha". This american breed has a good reputation and it's closer than Europe.
yeah. floor was a mistake (cause it was provided by the owner of the fascility, that has nothing to do with agility). Only small dogs could run on it.
