No, not since the old generation 318 I did months back. Heck even the current 2011 BMW 128 uses this 3.0L... Tho I heard reports of BW bring Back 4 Cyl engines paired with Turbos which still sounds like a decent upcoming combo. Not sure which car it will go but it most likely would be a base engine to the 1 Series & 3 series.

Yes, the styling is just perfect. Not boring but not as ghastly as Acura's current line up. As for the 5 series, the new one is very nice. I checked it out a couple weeks ago and I loved it. The old one was great too. The 3 series has really good reliability at least the 328i, 325i, 323. Not the 335i. Very unreliable.

I think thats truly the crappiest thing in this car along with the rather thin rear armrest. But thats no deal breaker for such an attractive well equipped car.

I'm not a fan of the BMW reliability but I love the 3 Series & 5 Series. I loved the excellent fit & finish & how most surfaces were soft to the touch. Both 3 & 5 series are for any1 Young old or middle aged. The styling is just right for any1 IMO.
