a) the cyclist is probably too afraid to filter into the left lane before the traffic lights. From the video it is not possible to tell whether at 0:12 she is indicating to turn left or not. b) Imho the Peugeot does not keep a safe distance to the cyclist. When at 0:18 she starts to indicate a left turn he continues his overtake and almost runs right into her. So in conclusion: yes, she is an insecure cyclist with little control and No! the Peugot driver was definitely not in the right.
@ MrPorhtnasim Sorry for removing your comment by mistake. You can see the (bad) lanechange of the cyclist from 00:13 to 00:15. Someone who brakes one traffic rule after the other,putting himself into a very dangerous situation, like the cyclist caught on this video, is no genius to me.
Btw: the Peugeot driver KR-LD-6464 is right. The cyclist almost crashes into his car trying to turn left - without even announcing his maneuver with a handsign - on a road where the cars go straight ahead!
The cyclist turns left in spite of everything and another vehicle not in sight, that also turned left, is honking. No wonder... This is the approximate route on the video (no Google Maps because of wrong maps at this specific intersection): b i n g e d . i t / u v j d I e (remove the spaces).
