This is a really nice performance. I like how Grumiaux makes the solos his own, but without making it about him. Soloist and the conductor work well together here. Colin Davis has given us some of the best performances of Mozart.

I know this rendition since I started learning to play the violin when I was 4 years old. I still think the Grumiaux-Mozart synergy is the best there is.
