  • Nice review. Question, though. What ideas does Douglas cover in Disciplined Trader that he doesn't cover in Trading in the Zone? I'm reading Trading in the Zone--and love it--but wonder if it doesn't treat the most essential ideas regarding discipline and trading psychology I would find in The Disciplined Trader?

  • Trading in the Zone is the way to go, It has been some time since I read The Disciplined Trader. I do remember that I did not like Disciplined Trader even 1/2 as much as i loved Trading In The Zone. The Disciplined Trader is more like a text book and offers more details on the Psychology of trading.
