Apple released the iphone without touch technology in summer of 2007, and announced it long before that. Samsung announced the their release in Aug of the same summer for september of 2007, the same time the ipod touch was released. Of course apple intended to implement the touch technology into their ipods, only they were being greedy bitches and had to get ppl to buy the iphone first. Not to say samsung stole the touch idea from apple, but im pretty sure it wasn't the other way around.
