That has to be an EF4 or F4. There is no way a tornado with multi vortices can be a F3, only F4's and F5's can have multi vortices. Multi vortices make the twister very powerful like an F4 or F5. Bare with me, I don't know it all nor am I a storm chaser but it would be nice. Let me ask you this, How many tornadoes that are F3's have multi vortices? It would be rare but not uncommon.
