And Led Zeppelin did not influenced jimi hendrix or black sabbath. 1st jimi hendrix played in the middle of the 60's and led zeppelin appeared in 68/69 (when jimi hendrix was already in the tops^) 2nd Dude, black sabbath invented the metal and all we have in heavy rock now!!!! You should respect them more than led zeppelin. (led zepelind I and II were two fucking great albums)

And Zeppelin really did sound like a ton of other 60 and 70s "metal" bands. Sabbath, Deep Purple. To some extent The Beatles and the Rolling Stones. Iron Butterfly. Steppenwolf. Blue Cheer. etc.

Wtf. Led Zeppelin is the single most influencing and initiating band of all time. They inspired Sabbath, Iron Maiden, The Who, Judas Priest, Jimi Hendrix, and many MANY more! They're the ones who brought Rock and Roll into the 60's and 70's. Jimmy Page did things on the guitar unheard of (the violin bow, playing with your teeth, playing behind your back, 10 minute guitar solos). You should be grateful for them; not grouping them with Fall Out Boy. Now go back to your breast feeding.
