  • CRIMES: Count 1 - Invasion of Privacy. Count 2 - Continuing Crucifixion of Angelina DiMauro since February 16, 1994. Today is Friday, January 27, 2012 (C.E.), 2:34 AM (Earth-Eastern Standard Time)

  • This song is about Nixon. Now if everyone who has an opinion on american politics would kindly shut the fuck up and enjoy the funky blind man's music please.

  • 7 White people! XD

  • I dedicate this song to President Obama and Mayor Vincent Gray!!!....."you haven't done nothin'"

  • funky beats - and def. lyrics!!!

  • I SEE 7 PEOPLE STILL HAVEN'T DONE NOTHING!!

  • I'm going to listen to 1000 times in a row

  • @TheMiekie10 :)

  • @aliquippawill You have my thumb!

  • A really nice song! OMG really nice, I enjoy! but it's Stevie Wonder, he, it's always fun!

  • I got to get up.....just to get down!

  • I heard this will be Obama's campaign theme song in 2012.

  • why do some people try to make everything political????? i mean really!!!,,, who gives a crap if the republicans or democrats like this,or dislike, any other song?? may i suggest taking that shot or two of,,,,or,,,,a toke or two of,,,,????? Relax!!!,,,and enjoy the wonder of a great writer,,,,,,is that so freakin hard? love ya stevie,,,and not just because we were both born on the same day!!!!!

  • In this song, I can definitely hear where Steven Tyler (of Aerosmith) got much inspiration, re; "Back in the Saddle."

  • i bet you i can guess the 7 people who disliked this

    1. George W. Bush

    2. Rush Limbaugh

    3. Dick Cheney

    4. John McCain

5.-7. Some other Republicans who I don't know the names of

  • @eddiemurphyfan100 Or shills that actually believe that the republicans are on their side.....

  • @eddiemurphyfan100 . Agreed. Probably the whole Republican Party in fact.

  • @eddiemurphyfan100 I believe this is your political solution-electing these fools(Barney Frank, Nancy Pelosi,Robert L. Doughton,Tipper Gore, and Joe Biden!!)

  • @eddiemurphyfan100 Most Republican since 1960s have been puppet liars to the General public!!

  • Fuck politics.

This song is a dense chunk of funk.

You MUST move when you hear it, and you will look good doing so.

  • @vonzeke I just checked out a mirror, and damn, but you're right! :-)

Everyone who wants to go all partisan over this song needs to lighten up and remember that the love of something funky is equal-opportunity, and that good music is like a good barbeque joint in the south -- everyone is there together.

That's my idea of heaven -- black, white, rich, poor, left, right... all grooving to Stevie and eating BBQ, with the only arguments being over pork vs. beef, Texas v. Carolina style...

  • returning to the song!

    this is a 'measured response'

    it's a protest song

IF you wanna HEAR our views

    basically

    'IF YOU HAVE TO ASK......................'

  • Doo doo wop. Sang it J5!

  • J5 on backing.

  • "Superstiton" & "Living For The City" procreated & had a baby named "You Haven't Done Nothin' ". Recycle 2 jams to make another one,..Pure Genius.

  • Anyone got bass tabs for this? PLEASE!

  • @JMinjaB i want them to D:

  • The country was already headed into bankruptcy; you need to read, educate yourself before you start spreading uneducated comments. Evidently, you don't know what the hell you are saying. Sometimes, I believe people talk just to hear how dumb they sound, and hope others will agree with their dumb ass comments. Go back to school; learn something other than “ignorance.” If you recall the country was left in debt once our previous president left office, you can't be that stupid.

  • listen to the words!

  • Mr. Wonder's a pretty AMAZING fella......ya think? All of his music has a tendency to resemble vintage wine after a period of time. This song (You Haven't Done Nothin'), happens to be 37 YEARS OLD........and somehow, it's even more stimulating NOW than when it was created in 1974. To me, that's a sign of true greatness. Greatness.....is Stevie Wonder.

  • @aliquippawill

Exactly, I couldn't have said it better myself!!

  • @aliquippawill AMEN I TOTALLY AGREE!! My cousin & I saw Mr Wonder (Can't remember what year) but it was DA BOMB!! Mr Wonder gave an EX CELLENT performance!!

Hopefully, the next time he has a concert I'll be able to see him :)

  • It's amazing how many people try to belittle Obama when he hasn't been in the White House but 3 years!! He can't do "NOTHING" because every bill he tries to pass into law gets vetoed!! This house of cards called the deficit has been teetering long before he came into office, Little Bush messed that up good fashioned, Clinton left it in good standing, and here comes Cheney with his hand up his butt, slick pulling the reigns !! Obama 2012 Sing It Jackie!! Chimp face W the worst president ever!!

  • Sounds just like Superstition.

  • insane how old songs remain timeless...pure genius!

  • this is my song to the idiot we have in the white house---he HASNT done nothing -- oh, except spend lots of the taxpayers money, and run the country into bankruptcy ---what a knucklehead!!!!!!

  • @neeter416 ...duh...country "WAS" headed into bankruptcy "BEFORE" he got in. He prevented us from being in a Depression. Now....he has passed the Healthcare bill that millions "wanted"....doing an excellent job keeping your sorry ass safe from terrorist, so you STILL have the "FREEDOM" to insult him. If I can recall..."ALL" presidents have spent taxpayers money in the past. Tell those Mega Billionaires and Corporate Companies to stop being so "greedy" and hire...that is the problem.

  • if you voted for Obama in '08 to try and prove you were not a racist, please refrain from voting for him in 2012 to prove your not STUPID!!!!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • @neeter416 .lol...please!!!...where is John Wilkes Booth?..you should know, you on your knees in front of him...the country was already in a trillion dollar debt before Obama even got into office..I see someone's (u) been downing alcoholic shots with our PREVIOUS President..maybe thats why he couldnt find Bin Ladin...Oh wait...He didnt want to find Bin Ladin..10 years "looking" for one man, spending millions of taxpayers money funding a BOGUS..Guess what, U havent done NOTHING, xcept complain

  • @MsBossLaydeh You're an idiot.

  • @stewjohhny ...LOL!!!!@you!!

  • @MsBossLaydeh u need to chill man, and what does any of that have to do with this song? lol

  • Asher Paul Roth

  • Wasn't he talking to Nixon on the low key. I believe I remember him saying that in the late '70's.

  • @Triche7 Yes he was.

  • One of my favorite Stevie Songs. Listen to the words man!!!

  • Backing vocals by the Jackson Five - "Jackson Five sing along we me, shoo-do-wop..."

  • It's election time. Say you going do right . Well here's our views on your lies. We sick and tried of you . It's not just one man in office, It's all you Dem and Rep .also Tea party. One thing you all got right . It is a party for you rich scumbags .

  • dedicated to ppl who enjoy the greatest music

  • Dedicated to Mr. Obama, Jimmy Carter is no longer the worse President ever.

  • @Livesteam45 Ironic that you are listening to Stevie Wonder and he would totally disagree with you.

  • @Livesteam45 Wow! How quickly we forget about the mess that "W's" administration started and left behind for the current government to clean up. Four more years will reveal greater successes. I hope that those piling on our president (some who condemned him and was "outraged" by everything he did BEFORE he even reached 100 days in office), give him another chance. He was damned if he did and damned if he didn't. Time will reveal all of the things out of his control, designed to undue his legacy.

  • Our Man Obama ''Scared Negro'' ''Yes We Can'' ''I Know We Can'' ''Please''

  • @BlackPride1000 Too many people thought it was "He can Do It!" I sure hope by "We" he didn't mean only black people..."Pride goeth before the fall."

  • dedicated to Bush, Obama, and the collective congresses that served in those tenures.

As for the supreme court, they did something. they made corporations people.

  • Sending this out to the politicians who think they have solved the problems in America....

  • arguing over this is stupid, it's all perception and my perception of this song is that no matter what party you represent, both sides are just as guilty as the other for making empty promises and doing whatever is best for there parties bottom line. bush deserves blame, obama deserves blame, obama gets more blame because he has a darker skin pigment, which spoils the congressional souffle for some. i say throw out all the politicos, put real people in office and jam to this while doing it.

  • Hey Youtube!! please do us all a favor and disable comments!! Music people, leave your politics at home!

  • Good tunes.I remember when music was music. Now the new "music" can only be understood if you're under 17.

  • Anyone who claims Obama as their own is tying themselves to a sinking ship but as your comments point out you aren't particularly bright

  • @gethome A sinking ship? ummm.......the RAVING MANIACS in THE GOP party are the ones on a SINKING SUICIDE mission. Americans are not JIVING with what they are bringing to the table. Keep up with current events dude/or dudette before you make outlandish statements. Or maybe RACISM is driving your narrative. Good luck in live. :)

  • @80s4ever63 Yes, Obama has spent us over a cliff and his solution is too jack up the credit card limit some more and keep spending. Why keep doing the same thing if we only end up deeper in debt? Even the GOP plan doesn't address real cuts - it only cuts projected growth so if we are spending a dollar now and plan to spend $1.20 next year and $1.30 three years from now there plan goes past the election and says cut it from $1.30 in year three to $1.20 in year three - that is no cut - it's 20%

  • Get down on your knees and thank your lucky stars for an honorable brother like Obama.

  • @PorknBeanJuice

    Yeah - It's Obama's Theme Song 1-20-13 Can't come too soon

  • @gethome

Another angry cracker that can't get over the fact that YOUR PRESIDENT IS BLACK!! Deal with it, cracker.

  • @PorknBeanJuice Only angry racist statements come from the stupid - revert to the lowest common denominator when you run out of intellect.

If my president is "BLACK!!", why was his mother so white? It's obvious that his father was black - he left him with the white's to take care of him having no sense of responsibilty!!!

    Shuffle much PorkBeanJuice???

  • @gethome

Its funny how crackers think that if they are subtely racist, folks won't see right through their transparent asses. Its also funny how silly ass crackkers want to claim the Obama as white because he is the Pres. You've been seen through, little dick jealous white boy. Get over your penis envy and move on.

Go ahead and put on your hooded sheet, we all know you want to.

  • @PorknBeanJuice

And there's the race card - I think you threw it too early but it's what the stupid fall back on when intellect fails.

If he's so black why did he grow up with whites? I think you resent his white half, the half that took care of him.

Thank you for your advice on "Dealing with it" even a blind pig finds an acorn once and a while. The best way to deal with his incompetence is to point it out - again and again .

    Obama's failures will destroy you.

  • @PorknBeanJuice I can't get over the fact that MY President SUCKS, if he was chartreuse he would still suck.

  • @iamautobody

The problem is with YOUR Republican Congress. Did you forget that there are 3 branches of government (legislative being probably the most significant) you ignorant hick? Or do you think President and King of the USA are synonymous? What a dumb ass.

Let me guess, you're one of those bat shit crazy trailer park Tea Party supporters?

  • @PorknBeanJuice Bush had a democratic congress.

  • @thejmfry Like him or not...GW Bush was gangsta...lol.

  • @PorknBeanJuice Also, you really need to calm down.

  • @thejmfry

When folks stop typing foolishness I will. Thanks for your concern.

  • this goes out to all the fake ass liberals who decide to do nothing but blog.

  • Do the walk!

  • Anybody screaming why why WHY! at the burning down of England, or railing at the rioters, should hear these lyrics, and know by now they should be heeded. Tho weren't, so: here we have it

  • @ 2:54 Did you hear his "shout out" to Jackie on the "doodie wops"...classic! I love you Stevie.

  • Love this song! I voted for Dizzy Gillespie for President- he and Louis Armstrong were the greatest Ambassadors this country has every had, period!

  • this is one of the greatest songs in the history of life....they'll never make music like this again....and if they did, it'll never see the light of day on the radio.

  • This song goes out to both parties of sorry ass Democraps and Rethugs and the Rethug version of Gremlins called Teabaggers! Haven't done shit but piss on everyone else they can't relate to. PLEASE LET US GET TERM LIMITS FOR THESE MFers in office! I WANT ALL OF THEM GONE!!

  • This is so Pbama. But in the 1070's it was Nixon

  • @10Dec1971....Your president is selling you down the river and you continue to celebrate.

  • @BlueNote1956 I thought he was our president? Last time I remember , anyway..

  • @BlueNote1956 Hold on, I DID NOT vote for him. As far as I'm concerned, he is NOT my "President".

    Dawn

  • This song could be about NObama!!!

  • @10Dec1971 or your mama!

  • @cgord37 very funny. Typical. Just because I don't like obama, someone has to make a rude comment. Wake up and realize a LOT of people don't like him. By the way, it has NOTHING to do with the color of his skin. Before you throw that out there.

  • @10Dec1971 i just felt like ruffling your feathers, bro. By the way, I could care less whether you or anyone else doesn't like the man. He's OUR president, and there ain't a damn thing that you all can do about that! I just thought that I'd throw that out there! OBAMA 2012!

  • @cgord37 That's fine. Vote for him in 2012. I will NOT. I didn't vote for him the first time either. He's not my president. No way.

    Dawn

  • @10Dec1971 i can dig it...

  • @10Dec1971 I don't like the SOBs for GOP!! Sorry ass bunch of hypocrites!! Teabaggers are a joke too. Especially when you got asshats who are deadbeat dads who don't pay child support (LMAO)

  • @Ediva75 a"fukkin"men

  • @cgord37

You only say that because the Biden threat protects Obama from impeachment

  • @gethome you think!?

  • @cgord37

Of course! Only when it's Michelle and the girls with him is he the smartest man in the room unless Biden's there.

  • I love it

    Is a Wonder!!!

  • Obama's comments to the money hungry congress; they know who they are....

  • Imagine if he recorded this between 2000-2008....guess which president would have EASILY fit the bill???

  • he had the jackson 5 sing backup...and then sang over them. hahaha #epic

  • He should have remade this song and aimed it at George Bush just like he aimed this at Richard Nixon thie is a funk classic in every sense of the word

  • @MrHandsallover This song actually describes how the American People feel about the Democratic Party....EPIC description!

  • @loupi4bama Thanks for the info didnt know that you learn something new everyday

  • @MrHandsallover I was one myself, till I got fed up with their lying tactics of promising everything but delivering squat! Im not a Republican either, but I am sick, tired and FED UP with the HATE they fuel!! WAKE UP PEOPLE!! VOTE EM ALL OUT!!!!

  • I tried playing this on one of those nord electro's and it just didn't even come close.

  • It's pretty funny that during this time Stevie was about sharing the sounds --check out the background eh!!! Jackson 5

  • mind boggling

  • this song is like it developed into -Superstition

  • @Silicon1991 Yes sounds very similar in the beginning. I thought so too. :)

  • i'll bet this jam made ole tricky dick squirm! stevie, you are a genius!

  • Wow... I had never heard this song before, and right when the clavinet came in at 0:10, my head started bobbin' by itself like crazy.

  • Comment removed

  • So much funk and words to really listen to on this one.... and oh JFIVE on backgrounds...WHAT???

  • @telj1 Oh yes! Jackson 5 sing "Doodie wop! doodie wop! doodie wop! doodie wop! doodie wop...

  • @paismoi I thought he was singing "Doodie wop!" for years, too. I still sometimes sing along that way. But someone told me Stevie was actually singing, "Do the walk" (or "Do 'da walk"). Meaning he was encouraging Prez Nixon to 'do the walk' and quit the presidency. I think it's just as applicable to most of our politicians today!

  • @telj1 THAT'S RIGHT. You sure do know your music. God bless you.

  • @telj1 - WORD!

  • How can you NOT like this song?!?!?!?!?

  • @Mjackson123ksb There are always a few oddballs between people , who like music. There are some weirdos too,LOL

  • All young people today should listen to lyrics of this song!!!!

  • @chriskar5 say it again

  • One of the best ever song of Rythm & Blues. No whining , just great singing and a rythm that would not quit. I saw him live in St.Louis in 74 and still love this song!!!!

He had 2 drummers! Why? listen to the song and imagine....Stevie has always been the best!

  • @chriskar5 you know he is a drummer as well right? you got to see him in his prime. blessed blessed blessed

  • @mjjcng8958 I didn't know it . but he has always been my musical idol and will always remain.I admire all his talents and wonderful songs.I loved his old stuff soooo much.In every decade he showed us different styles of music , but if you heard it for the first time, you knew that it was Master Stevie , even before he started to sing.I have not seen him drumming , but that one concert I saw was a feast to my ears.Seventies were such a great era.Thank you for the information.

  • @chriskar5 look up stevie wonder and jimi hendrix they are doing a jam session in england. also my other favorite marvin gaye was a drummer as well. stevie wonder is amazing to me too

  • @mjjcng8958 I know that in older days most musicians were multi-instrumentalists. I can play a few instruments , but that's how it was in older days.Once you played piano, you pretty much played many other instruments.Stevie played played bass - I have seen him play guitar and all kinds of keyboards. We cannot forget that he was a king of a harp(harmonica).Sometimes I think that he laid many tracks himself on many songs(For Once in My Life)They were .too perfect for a different musicians to do.

  • Love it where Stevie sings, 'Jackson 5, sing along with me.' Stevie hit #1 in Billboard, 11-2-74. God bless ya, for postin' it. Thanx! RIP, MJ.

  • @DaveWollenberg Or was it, "Jackson Five, sing for your people"? Regardless...Doo Doo Wop, Y'all. Respect from Michigan. PEACE

  • Talks to all politicians as far as I am concerned!

  • yes this song was about Nixon Stevie Wonder and the Jackson 5 #1 record

  • This song must have to do with watergate. Whatever the case is this tune definitely rocks!

  • @gemdavey I used to apply this song to the Bush administration.

Thank God for Obama, somehow I'm not so angry anymore.

  • @tenofivelips Oh he's done plenty, like making the rich richer and the poor poorer.

  • Genius...born that way.

  • Jackson 5, say _____ _____ _____ !!!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • "Smacked by awesome" just about sums it up.

  • Six people are corny.

  • One of THE best intros to a song, ever. Ethereal chimes followed by ferocious funk.

  • 1st time I have heard this awesome song

  • this song delivers a very strong message. But good lawrd....funkalicious!

  • the way the keyboard riffs and the drums beat are driving that song is insane!! stevie wonder has a way of making simple riffs sound incredibly funky!!

  • copy this vid's link and send it to EVERY politician you know! its that important that they know the peoples' opinions

  • This song is super funky you rule stevie wonder

  • Continue the fight...the game is still the same. Just the players have changed...

  • I'm a young person, and I will be the first to say this. It's like all the things that people have fought for in this country is all but forgotten. When will the struggle end!?! The gov't keeps trying to screw people, but in the end they will only end up screwing themselves....(That's just my opinion though...)

  • Comment removed
