this is not vince singing. The only known recording with him is live. This is guitar player James Alverson singing. Vince had just left for Motley. james wanted to go into a different direction

Well, this isnt Vince Neil. Yes, Vince sing in band called Rockandi (orginal name what Vince write in his notebook so his band wasnt Rock Candy, but Rockandi) but Vince sing only live. One guy have an interview with James Alverson (guitar guy in Rockandi) about Rockandi demo songs. Here it is a part, where James say that Vince isnt singing in this demos:

JA: I’m very, very sorry. That’s not Vince singing; that’s me. [laughs]
