In case you didn't get the latest update, he's pleaded Guilty to 2 Counts of Perjury (Lying under Oath) and 1 count of Uttering a Forged Document. He Lied in Court during a Drunk Driving case where he claimed to be a "Doctor of Behaviour Sciences" which he never had a degree, he also caused a Man to be seperated from his Son based on his so-called "behaviour sciences expierences" during a Child Custody Hearing. And what happened, he GOT HOUSE ARREST...or a Conditional Sentence as they call it.

I suppose the charges were dropped in exchange for a Guilty Plea on the 2 Counts of Perjury & 1 count of uttering a forged document. Which I think was a ridiculas Plea Bargain, since the Crown Prosecutor thought he would still recieve a Jail Sentence on those Convictions alone, but it didn't happen. To Summarize, the Crown should of never offered a Plea Bargain.....
