@stubbi A stock MP4-12C runs a 10.9 @ 135mph... That would spank a GT-R. Stock 2012 and 2013 GT-Rs run 11.1-11.2 @ 121-125mph. Aggressive gearing ruins the GT-R's top end potential that's why they trap at lower speeds. The Ford GT wasn't in that race, neither was the ZR1, normal R8 V10, MP4-12C etc... The MP4-12C would have been the fastest in their hot laps and in that drag race.

I wasn't saying you did necessarily but that 2.7 was done on a prepped surface and was calculated using 1ft of rollout. It will probably run more consistent times of 2.8-3.0 on a street or non prepped surface with 1ft rollout. It is a bargain super car and even with price increases for the 2013 its still got the performance for a price 2-3 times that.
