I no longer have the case, but if you can remove the filters, water and soap is fine.  And let them dry before reinstalling them.

That depends on how many fans there are in your system. The Storm Sniper fan controller only supports the one or two large fans in the system. If you have more than that, I would suggest going with a nice fan controller as well. The NZXT Sentry is a very nice one, but it does take up two bay slots.

The blue LED fan is pretty bright. In a dark room, it is easily visible.

Yeah, the video was shot with a camera :( It also depends on how far from the case you sit. Noise levels, say from the case sitting on the floor, are going to be much less audible than if you have it sitting on your desktop.

The difference between this and the normal version is that the interior of BE is black while the normal version is silver? And the 200mm Blue LED Fan. Am I right? Correct me if i am not.

if your talking about the 200mm on the side, then no. you can add a 200mm on the silver one as well.

It's not loud at all. What you are hearing is the Cooler Master V10 fans and some of the video card fans. I'll have a review up of this case later today and put the link in here.
