The process was nice & simple. The one thing that she did incorrectly was she walked over both sides doing it. To save time, you ONLY do one side at a time. Overall it was well done.

@bonnabear17 She's practicing PROPER BODY MECHANICS. And it's correct to avoid any strain or injury.
