yea i just used paypal and since things got screwed up(they online molested me ) now my ebay account is limited can't buy, sell, or basically do anything! becaus of paypal! I am currently seeking other ebay alternatibves!

The idiot never got his package because he never paid customs or filled out the paperwork to get his package @ his post office, but blames me & reports me 2 PayPal. Now, I'm out $1000, a cell phone I listed, & no acct. :-(

I operated my site with integrity and honesty, Ebay needs to do the same.
Yup. I totally agree with trying to get rid of small sellers. I was at about 400 positive in December. When the winter came, I exploded to over 2000. Once the winter was over, I went back down to about 50 transactions per month. I got a couple negatives, and now I'm suspended. Gotta love it though I suppose.
I am still in total Boycott mode since last October.
Like the "thought" about flooding them with fake accounts and bidding on big (ergo, big fee and paypal profit) items. It is of course just a thought (wink). Until the number, including fees and percentages, drops below 12%, and the feedback system that was in place for a decade is restored. It may never happen, but I don't care.

About that phone call, I'm laughing my ass off. In the book "One Hundred Ways To Ruin Ebay" written by Meg Witman, on page 84, paragraph 6, it talks about giving one non-paying bidder strike reversal per month to all buyers.
By the way, "One Hundred Ways To Ruin Ebay" has been my little bible for the past 8 years, and like Nostradamus, EVERY segment has rung true... every one of them!
You wont find a copy of the book on a google search. You too can get a copy by looking no further than the human mind... filed right there under the section called "common sense", something ebay has lacked since John Donahoe came on board. If you do a little digging, I'm sure you'll find a pristine copy just waiting to be read :)

They said to get it back up I had to get additional positive feedback. I asked how I was supposed to get that when I couldn't sell anything. They admitted I had a point and let me back on, but they wouldn't remove the feedback. Right now my shipping DSR is at 4.2 but if it goes one point lower I will get kicked off again.

I was suspended from and buyer complaint from someone who never paid for 19 items. Yep Ebay didn't care back in Feb 08 and it sounds like things are getting worse. Their rating system started beginning of '08 and it is bruttal and totally unfair. My buyer dinged me on all 19 items, even though I gave him 2 months to pay. Watch out on Ebay. They will rob you blind.
Yep, I think they are trying to get rid of the small sellers so they can move into crap from China and Walmart type companies. Well it looks like they are going to get their wish. I will never go back to Ebay.
