  • Hello there! Have you heard about the Fat Blast Furnace (just google it)? Ive heard some great things about it and my work buddy lost tons of unwanted fat.

  • @cocnaruto its not a matter of when, morning or afternoon is kind of better for the simple fact that you have more energy. but if you're not tired and can complete your workout, no issues.

    but don't do it like 1-2 hours before going to bed. and don't eat right before going to bed. just an advice.

  • I already have enough muscle mass and I'm trying to get rid of some fat. I'm eating healthy an all I just need to know what is the best way for me to get lean. Like when I'm lifting weights do I do more reps ?? or do I have to do more cardio ?. Please comment back I can use a few tips !!

  • @harmnab Cardio, low fat diet, and using low weight with high reps.

  • @harmnab high intensity cardio.. i recommend p90x plyometrics

    im tryin push ups nearly everyday

    but the fat never seems to go and it seems like im not building and muscle at all?

  • @TheMrprad it might be your diet that is the problem, or you are confusing your un-toned muscle with fat maybe?

  • @TheMrprad you probably have all the muscle hidden under the fat, to burn fat you gotta excercise(cardio), working out doesnt burn fat

  • @TheMrprad I had the same problem, what u need is to do a combination of push ups like Brandon's, and cardio like jogging.

  • hey brandon !!! i just have time to jogg 2 miles in the evenings and then do some simple home work outs of 20 min daily for biceps, triceps, push ups and ab routiness do u think i would looose any fat? or im just dreaming? plz help me out . ? do u think adding a mile jog in the morning would help any more? ill find time for u routine tho looks awesome .. thx mate thanks in advance . good vids brooo

    Hey , a six pack can be obtained in 4 months (I'm kinda skinny aswell and i made a pretty decent looking 6pack in around 5-6 months)

  • @iBuzzzHD well the 6 pack you can get in a month if you know the right way, but for ripped.. It may take longer.. But yes it is achievable, however how ripped you will be..well that depends on what you do..

  • Question - I have an issue with my chest where the lower part of it sags and the part of the chest that connects to the lat also sags. How do I correct that? Do I not have enough muscle built in that area or do I need to lose some bodyfat or both?

  • @YoungCutthroat probably need to do more cardio

  • @BrandonCarterTV I guess I'll see more results from that as I lower my bodyfat from the cardio and the dieting. Maybe it's too early to be concerned with that.

  • @YoungCutthroat is the saggin in the nipple area if so another possibility is ginecomastia which is the excess of hormones in your puberty that cause it to swell the bad news is it has to be fixed with surgery and youll have to wear a bra-like thing. I had to do it.

  • @YoungCutthroat You might have a medical condition called pectus excavatum. That is a condition where the sternum and ribs are not fully formed and sag into the chest. In mild cases, this condition can usually be left alone, however in severe cases, ignorance is contraindicated. I would seek out a doctors advice.
