DNA Activation is Free! It is happening for every single one of us. But if you want to accelerate it then I have a few suggestions here. 1) Meditate every single day. Meditate outside, keep your eyes closed and look at the sun. The light will do wonders for you. 2) Sungazing will help so much. Look up HRM Sungazing. I am up to 10 min. a day now. 3) Visualize light in your body, light that is growing brighter each and every day. Do this constantly throughout the day, every day. These tips work!!!

i am actually not sure what is changing within our DNA. there is definitely a conscious and global shift occurring, but my body feels the same as it always has, but my awareness of the meanings of the muscle twitches and spontaneous pains has exploded to the point where i feel like i cant tell when someone gets hurt, of feels scared or happy. its bizarre.

We can all go direct. We do not need outside help. We have it always and only need to be awakened to it. Sit and meditate on the light that's always been within you, feel it growing and spreading over your entire body. Doing this daily for 15 minutes will get you there too!
