This guy is actually REALLY easy. You don't even have to use any strategy, run rush forward...get hit by the bottom tornado, and shoot as fast as you can. If you can shoot fast enough (really easy if you have a turbo controller) then he will die and you will have a small bit of life left. Airman is one of the easiest bosses in the game. Wood man.... he's actually given me trouble.....
