This is actually by Don Drummond jr. and was the b side to the single the Clash and Spacials go to jail, which had nothing to do with either band. It was released on Rush Records in 1980. the 12" had a dub version of the song which is well worth a listen.

Yes, Rico might have something to do with this track, since he is a very renowned musician, who also performed, apart from The Specials, with Dandy Livingstone, Prince Buster and other amazing jamaican ska/rocksteady/reggae artists.

I have it from being from The Specials and it sounds like The Specials to me. I doubt The Clash had anything to do with the song.
