  • if think this form you are using is safe try doing it without a pussy belt and straps anyone trying to outlift me has to use nothing at all if they cant then they arent in my league all you need is perfect technique and control no crutches like belts and straps

  • what a beast. great form

  • hooly fuck, my good man! 2 dislikes?? why? just wondering, do u mostly do big, compound movents, or any isolation work also? cause i wanna be like u!

  • really kool man nice form nice weight

  • meh, not bad ;-).......just kidding insane lift bro

  • after watching this i'm considering taking up table tennis. I thought my 220 lbs row was close to decent.

  • What a strong back! You bowed down so easily. Congrats mate.

  • nice lift you need a lil more arc in your back. but other than that your a strong guy

  • @505outlaw More.....arc? Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE idea. NEVER arc your back.

  • finally somebody puts a video on here with huge weights and great form

  • that's nasty... great form

  • @carlnona what do you think of pendlay rows?

  • I expected to see bad form after reading "405 Barbell row". Great job! Good weight and form. That's how it's done!!!

  • good form

  • my word....seriously, seriously strong.

  • Dude this is great. Perfect form with heavy weights. You don't see that everyday.

  • how long have you been lifting and where did you start at?

  • strong bro

  • now that is what I call a barbell row. everyone else on youtube is doing deadlift jerk into the tummy.

  • nice lift. how much do you preacher curl. hehehehe. shoulder night for me, watching vids to get fired up!!!!!!

  • beast

  • song sucks. Awesome lifting though

  • very strong. 4 plates with good form. Well done.

  • That's a bad fuckin' dude! Respect!

  • Damn, very impressive, you did that weight like you have another 6-8.

  • How in the hell?? lol I figured at the weight I was about to see like a half inch range of motion but boy was I wrong good job! lol

  • You don't jerk the weight around at all, your whole motion is very smooth, good form.

  • Damn that was really good! Good strength!

  • good form

  • That, sir , is solid ass form for 405 lbs. Impressed.

  • good form :)

  • An 8th grader my azz....he probably couldnt even deadlift half this weight.

    nice heavy rowing

  • nice rowing :) ( rlly strong :O .. i think we got a ronnie jr ;) )

  • Very strong and very good form... Keep up the big lifts!

  • Perfect Form!!

  • that's a pendlay row, not a bent over barbell row

  • @xagentpoop I am struggling to find where you read anyone calling this a bent over row. Regardless, he's lifting over 400lbs, he knows what he's doing.

  • This is a difficult lift. I am very impressed. I wish my back was as big as yours.

  • thats nuts. thats what i deadlift

  • no joke, text book form.....great lift

  • that is txt book man no these bullshit shrugs good job

  • Looked really good, especially for such a heavy weight. Looks like I need to lower more slowly like you do. I think that's why I keep getting hurt. I probably lower too fast and then quickly transition into the positive phase of the movement.

  • niceley done mate, gave u 5 start rating

  • whats this song?

  • Psyco- Puddle of Mud

  • That's beast.

  • wow

  • nice lift man!

  • YES

  • I thought your form was going to be awful but it wasn't bad. Good job, nice weight.

  • so you just watch these vids to make fun of people's forms

  • Sick weight and really good form :) RESPECT

  • pretty fucking Clean.

  • Jimisa how are ya?! I know this 8th grader you speak of... I'm guessing his name starts with a D?...bring his girly ass down and let's see him play with the big boys!!! hahahaha

  • holy shit, nice lift man.

I hate how everyone asks how much they bench, when people ask me how much i can bench, i tell them then ask "How much do you Row/Deadlift/Squat/Shoulder Press (Standing, and bar touching upper chest)

They dont even know, all they do is bench haha and wonders y im twice as big as them

  • Thank you sir. And that is exactly why you will always be twice as big as "they" are!!

  • @azzaMCrazza i hate when people ask that i just tell them i only bench a quarter pounder XD

  • @azzaMCrazza i tottaly agree, i have a pigeons chest but i suck at benchpress (in power). a single exercise isnt a good strength indicator. i see few people do shoulder press standing, i see ''them'' do it sitting down and only about a 90 degree range of motion (from fully extended arms to half way down in my opinion) . doesnt this shorten youre muscles?

  • @MrCribbss Compounding is the way to go - so definitely standing Military Presses. And even though a full ROM is better I believe, doing shorter or even static contraction stuff with heavy-ass weights is still good to incorporate from time to time so long as you stretch really good afterwards - as it strengthens ur central nervous system (y sum asian chic at olympics weighing under 52kg could clean and jerk 117.5kg i think it was?) by being able to fire more signals to her muscles

  • @azzaMCrazza And also, i recommend incorporating Tabata into ur workouts with a split too (press ups on chest/ underhand rows on back/ bodyweight squats on legs/ plank wit abs etc...) and power too, as people freak out when they see me at the Auckland Uni gym. In one day i did 140kg decline press sets of 5 no spot full ROM, 90kg incline dumbell presses 6-10reps, pull-ups into dips (BW power exercise) and press ups for Tabata - basically a 4min set of 10-15reps each 20sec set =P MWAHAHAHAHA

  • @azzaMCrazza hahaha, i have a long way to go, im 1,98 meters 95 kg, im now still increasing on mass with very little power increase. i had a back injury and didnt train for 3 months, i still dont know where the injury came from but it think it was bad posture. now im really going for quality instead of quantity. i have to take it easy at the start. with full ROM i find it harder to control the bounce you get at the end of a movement.

  • best form with 405 i have seen,

  • do you tend to get bad comments from trainers or so? for trying to lift to much etc etc (not that i think u do just asking)

  • Haha no man, I am a professional strongman. So they see me throwing my Atlas stones around and pulling semis all the time...they don't even take a second look when I start playing with heavy wts in the gym.

  • ah - well most people who do that excersise with 400 pound cheat like hell lol u're one of the only i saw that does it with decent (not perfect but still) form.

  • After seeing this, I consider switching to chess playing :-D

    Well Done !!!

  • bloody hell, that's strong

  • good job dude

  • nice bro excellent. How much do you deadlift?

  • thanks man. I pulled 725 raw at my last meet back in Aug. That was coming back from several months off after surgery. In training now I have done 785 with belt only.

  • damn , bro u did that with ease. like pistons moving up and down. great form and awsome power. great vid.

  • Thanks guys.

  • wonderful power. slow and strong. damn good stuff.

  • Bad-ass rowing, for sure. On, Wisconsin!
