Anyway, I bet it would be different if the child of a lawyer, police officer or court judge, etc, was the victim-then the perpetrator would be given a life sentence- it's one law for the rich or someone in 'authority' and one law for others. There is enough circumstancial evidence to charge him w/ wreckless homocide. He , by taking her to a hospital, may have tried to save her...but he has so much on his "wreckard" w/ contributing alcohol to minors...that he had intent to drug and rape her when he took her. Those locals(D.A, cops_ handling the case should be sued for not getting a search warrant based on his past record when this first happened. It wasn't done right from the beginning, so they are the ones to sue.
