@liyonst Powder with the icing sugar 2-3 minutes before the puff pastry is fully baked. Then, just return to the oven and finish baking. Temperature may vary depending on the recipe you use (typical: 200°C / 390°F)

Hi Kiako. After the puff pastry sheet is baked for Napoleons, how do you cut the rectangles so it doesn't break into lots pieces?

@duderdo Use a large knife with serrated blade. Do not apply too much pressure. Instead, move the knife like a saw. The plates won't break. :)

@verocity I usually roll out, fold in thirds, roll out again, fold in thirds. Then chill in the fridge and repeat the process two more times.
