I stopped watching this show because Ed Helms got the job. No one can replace what Steve Carell had going on in the Office, Jim Carrey would have been great, but that character he did would have gotten old fast. Awesome cameo though.

@Yarxov will arnett had too much other stuff goint on: up all night, arrested development, etc. i knew from the getgo that he wasnt the manager, although he wouldve been good. jim carrey's character to me would have gotten old fast. out of all the people who were candidates, i would have been fine with Spader, Gervais, Darrell, Andy, or Jim. So since andy got the job and spader got written in, i'm perfectly happy.
