he could definitely have shifted at a little after 42 sec. there is no way u can go through a track staying in one gear, unless its all twisty and turns, or you have a 3 geared bike. lol
Most people get sport bikes to speed and stunt. A 600 probably isn't going to rev up and have as much power as a 1000 but a 1000 would be too heavy. If you're just for the speed, get a 1000 but if you're stunting, a 750 would probably be better.
hahaha.. i forgot to mention i'm from malaysia..at here a gsxr 750 can cost u about 20k USD since the tax imposed is the highest in the world..that's double what u pay..and for remains i can only dreaming of having this bike :D
hahaha..but u still have to pay the tax first. and f.y.i malaysia's tax rates for car and big bikes among the highest in the world.. this policy created to protect our motor and car industry but the truth the products quality really bad n they dont produce any big bike..u're so fortunate to own ur dream bike mate ; )
gixxer1000busa is that without tax or sumthing? or wich country do you live?:o in the netherlands a 600 is 11k+ and a 750 13k+ a busa 15k+ and a 1000 16k+ (09 prices)
that is very nice man. how much are canadian dollars compared to euros? i bought my 2008 gsxr 600 for 11300 euros and about 2000 euros extra worth of mods.
this bike is pure sex to me

if i were to get a suzuki which one should i get the gsxr 600, 750, or 1000?
xxdbriderklx110xx 2 years ago
If you're an experienced rider, get the 1000, I think 600 is just too less.
xkakashix12 2 years ago
well i have ridin dirt bikes for like five years so should i get the 1000 or the 750 cuz u said the 600 is too slow?
xxdbriderklx110xx 2 years ago

600 is just fine for stunting. most riders that i know who are in to that ride 600's.
mcgoo721 2 years ago
What do you want to do with the bike?
600 or 750. 1000 is a recipie for disaster for someone new to sportbikes. Dirbike experience or not.
RLtW88 2 years ago
mainly just ride but i am going to want to do wheelies and get sideways on turns.
ooh yea i have ridin dirt bikes for like 5 or 6 years.

Yeah bit of a twatish comment before lol. But not exactly a mind blowing lap. I ride a fz750 now btw mate.
matthie92 3 years ago
good for u..for me it's too expensive to buy sportbike..the price almost the same as you buy a small house..
metallica85 3 years ago
a used GSXR-750 is only around 8,000 depending on mileage
josephryan2011 3 years ago
you can buy a house with 10 000 euro 0_o?
Tsoglani55 3 years ago
where do u live ? here in belgium the cheapest house is 140.000 euro and that house is not mutch to look at . greetz wes
wesleych1982 3 years ago
theres a missunderstanding here.
here are the MSRP's of the 2008 gsx-r 750 (brand new, unused)
10,599 USD
8,376 EUR
needless to say, its cheap, compared to other cars, especially if you compare speeds
gixxer1000busa 3 years ago

that tax is ridiculous!

I live in Québec, Canada and I bought a brand new suzuki gsx-r 750 2008 for 12,000$ CAN taxes included.
culdechat 2 years ago
that is very nice man. how much are canadian dollars compared to euros? i bought my 2008 gsxr 600 for 11300 euros and about 2000 euros extra worth of mods.
patrickroks 2 years ago
well, at the moment, 1 Euro is 1,62 CAD dollar. So 11,300 is over 18,000$ CAD... I guess bikes are cheap here in Québec, Canada =P
culdechat 2 years ago
well that is very cheap:O but 11300 is tax included and the netherlands is a expensive tax country:P
