i am so confused some videos say to put weight on your back foot and aim your front shoulder to where you want to go but this says to put weight on your toes. whitch should i do

@helloisitm its all up to the individual surfer, you cant tell someone who is painting a picture how many brush strokes do I need to do before the painting is complete, When its done its done.

for the second ? I try and ride every wave to the beach. Skip Frye had always taught us to ride everything to the beach it allows other people out in the water to catch waves while improving your surfing in all conditions...
