> I may as well make a friggin video and forget these text comments.......
Two comments:
1 - a lot of people number text comments to help with reading them in order.
2 - others have a second 'video response' channel to help keep their main 'finished works' channel cleaner for subscribers who might not be interested in more random video response chatter.
His face turned white and he quickly replaced my cup. I suddenly turned to the defendant and said, "You and your friend will lose in court today." And they did.
Even though I acted cool, I was shaking inside. A part of me realized I was investing so much mental energy, pondering Jung and his theories, I had unconsciously put myself in the right spot at the right time and place for this synchronicity to occur.
Of course, the skeptics will say it was all a coincidence and that's fine.
question: Are there common trends between people or is magic truly individual?
answer: While it is true that everyone is the center of their own universe and has a unique perspective on the collective reality we all share, there's also a phenomena referred to as the collective unconscious by psychologist Carl Jung, which helps explain such things as synchronicity and the subtle way we are connected to one another and everything around us.
Let me give you an example: I was a night watchman in a factory back in the nineteen seventies and I was obsessed with exploring theories about common trends between people, reading as much material as I could find. In other words, I was spending time and energy thinking about it.
Well, about that time, I witnessed two employees committing grand larceny, stealing welding supplies during the graveyard shift. Since there were no other witnesses, it was my word against theirs.
The case went to court and the morning of the day I was to testify, one of the defendants offered to buy me coffee
at the local diner. I felt he was attempting to bribe me, but accepted his offer. As we sat there chatting for about 5 minutes, 2 flies that had been buzzing around in circles both took a nose dive and landed in my coffee cup and were instantly drowned. The owner of the diner looked astonished and said, "Do you realize the astronomical odds of such a thing happening?"
Darn! LOL... my response is not appearing in the order I want it to... I may as well make a friggin video and forget these text comments.......

Thanks for filling my morning with laughter. =)
YouTube only mentioned this one comment to me. I think it's haunted. ;)
I'll review your notes and make a video response myself if it warrants one. If you do make a video response, that would be awesome!

Coincidence, luck, chance, intuition, confirmation bias, fate, etc. There is some line that's become more and more blurry to me.
It's unsettling to feel like reality isn't a distinct concrete mechanic which I only observe acting on me.
I keep wanting to know the rules of luck and intuition. But i'm too afraid to try to learn.. or even make them.

Interesting questions! I'm heading back to New York now and in a few days, I'll post an answer.

Hi John. I wanted to check back in to see if you'd have some time, maybe this weekend, to respond.
