The best guitarist of the two is clearly Jeff. Clapton has no sense of innovation; its been the same worn-out blues licks for decades. Jeff also has a technique and mastery of the guitar that Clapton can only dream about. Watching this video, it clear to me that Clapton doesn't try to keep up with Jeff since he knows he can't. After perhaps Hendrix, Jeff's the greatest guitarist ever.
