Question here. When i work out, i work out my biceps and chest. Should complete the arm workout then move on 2 the chest? Or should i constantly be going back and fourth after doing a few sets? Thanks!
I actually agree, most trainers arent huge, but immensely strong. think about it. Hell im 6'2 and weigh 180, but I begin exercising with pushups. I can do over a thousand pushups in one sitting but im still skinny by todays standards. Strength isnt always about how big you are, remember dynamite comes in small packages ;) haha
You're a tool. He studies how the muscles work with weights, you fucking idiot. You don't need to have a huge body to prove a point or to give advice. If you know how to do it, it works out perfectly too. This is just a demonstration.
@SkwerlBergamot Not going to deny that someone looking good does help, but I'm simply commenting on the tard that said he isn't even that big of a guy. He's fit and he knows what he's talking about, and that's all you need. Just cause someone isn't steroid-induced muscle status doesn't mean they can't share tips or how to do something correctly. I think this guy has had a bit of experience to warrant him teaching us something.
@SkwerlBergamot I was using the steroid as an example, as in you don't need to be the Incredible Hulk to give advice. You can be slim, trim and fit and still give advice.
Scooby is the man though, can't deny that. He has a lot of great advice too.
Way to go, good strict movement, i wonder how many ppl actually do them that way without stacking on heaps of wieght & swinging body for momentum. ? Thanks for posting :)

@Oracion
no, but you need a fit body to be credible on this kind of shit
people rather have a personal trainer that has personal experience, than one that looks like he has no idea what he's talking about
