O beloved of ‘Abdu’l-Bahá! Whenever you are sorrowed or afflicted, whenever they wrong or persecute you, ye must remain generous, brave and kind. Whisper this prayer with ‘Abdu’l-Bahá:

He is God!

O Lord, … I am single and alone, I am chaff and straw.

I am but a feeble one, and Thou art the Defender. ‘A. ‘A.
