Cerpin Taxt is the name of the ill-fated protagonist in the story that the album centers on. The album follows him overdosing on poison and being placed in a nightmarish and vivid coma, and upon awakening to real life, decides to commit suicide by jumping off of a highway overpass.

This song is about him "taking the veil" or passing on, which, judging by the last lyrics, is most likely to a purgatory-like state.
