  • What kind of beer?

  • @Ismerai25 Use any light colored beer. Thank you for coming by.

  • @Ismerai25 Sorry for taking so long! You can use any light colored beer - no dark ale. Thanks for watching!

  • What's with the beer on the batter?

  • @formaset Beer is a great addition to batters for deep fried chicken, fish and seafood. If you do not like cooking with beer you can use club soda. Thank you for stopping by!

  • @pastryparrot1 Try Irish cream or Cointreau. it's great for crepes at least.

  • @pastryparrot1 Your shripmps look good.

  • Good idea

  • @lallacuisine Thanks for coming by!

  • @Missyplaymate3 Thanks Rachel! I love it too! Have a great week!

  • That looks sooo good...do you have to use peanut oil or can you use any oil? Thanks for sharing this recipe...I am definitely going to try this!!

When you can PLEASE share more about where you are! I am excited to learn more!

  • @chattingwithu I use peanut oil because it takes heat very well. However, I think vegetable oil would be OK. I hope you like it! I have some videos on the works on Bolivia. Thanks so much for everything!

  • @pastryparrot1 what about the beer could i use some else thank you god bless.

  • @k1ngdragon411 you could make a batter with

    1 1/2 c. flour

    1/2 c. cornstarch

    1/2 c. white corn meal

    1/2 tsp. baking powder

    1 tsp. salt

    1 egg, beaten

    1/2 c. milk

    1 1/2 c. water

Mix the dry ingredients and them add the wet ones to it. This works as well.

  • omg this looks so tasty! My grandma absoultey loves shrimp so i am sure she will be over the moon if i made this for her. What would you recomend as a nice complement to this shrimp if i had it as a main entree. Also, do you think i could use wasabi instead of horse radish sense it is pretty much the same thing?

  • @mattmatt16 You can definitely use wasabi instead of the horseradish. I served these with French fries but some sweet potato fries would go beautifully with them as well. I have all kinds of recipes for those on the website. Thanks so much for coming by!
