Most probably a bug that,until now, Valve hasn't realized and fixed...

This happened to me too, on the Parish bridge to the chopper. I was playing as Coach, then accidentally went over the side of the bridge. Nick and Ellis also ended up hanging at the side of the bridge. And you know what Rochelle did? SHE F**KING JUMPED OFF THE BRIDGE and died. Another reason to hate Rochelle.

There's a reason for that.

He was reloading.

He said so, it just... takes some people longer to reload than others.

I bet he dropped his ammo, and it rolled all the way into the storm drain, so he was readying a ruler with gum stuck on the end of it to get that ammo, but then he dropped the ruler in too.
