Can someone help me here , my arm is really hurting me everytime i throw , its hurting around my inner elbow area to be specific , idk whether to keep playing to get it stronger or too stop throwing and leave it alone for a bit .... someone helppp mmmeeeee :'(

@MrTemposss you're hyperextending your elbow. Keep just a bit of  bend in the joint throughout the throw. And stop throwing until you're healed up.

@freerunnerman888 Americans Aren't everyone in this plant. Best sport in my opinion is Squash. The most popular in the world (i.e. USA+the rest of the world's countries) is Football (soccer) that's a FACT. So don't tell your opinion as a fact. Another FACT is there is people outside USA, you may not believe me, but it's there, and it's usually way better than USA and Mc.:D

timmy, he means you are throwing side arm or 3 quarters..... get your arm higher up in the air, and the ball closer to your head, thats what he means
