Gov didnt tell banks to engage in risking derivities with no rules and with public assets. gov didnt tell buisness to cut benefits across the board, hide taxes in off shore accounts that could pull most of the country at of the red or increase the price of goods by as much as 800% in some cases.  Gov didnt demand the market mst make a completely unattainable 8% or more profit per quarter nor did it tell banks to engage in unfair blood sucking usury practices.
