She'd rather complain than solve the problem. If she doesn't have clean dishes in the morning, then clean her own and hide them at night so they'll be ready for her in the morning. If they're eating too much rice, then divide it up. This is not rocket science.
There's what's right and there's what works. Eve hasn't been able to find the distinction, which is really important when you're trying to get people to do what you want them to do. All she does is complain because they don't do what she thinks is right. She'd get more results if she explored what works with them.
