The Sacred Shield (unupgraded) lasted me until the final phase of the final boss. It's really good. However, it's not the best in the game if you're going for a 100% run.

You can still get gratitude crystals for giving the toilet hand the letter. Just go into Groose's room at night. You'll find something even more hilarious. X3

yeah, I loved this side quest a nice little referance to Majora's Mask but i was nice and gave it to Karane but Cawlin... oh well i got the grat crystals ;)

You should focus on leveling up the Sacred Shield. It will be worth it.

you acually do get gratitude cyrstals from giving the letter to the hand. just go into groose's room at night and a special suprise will happen. also there is another side quest at pipits house just across the bridge =) i hope this helps <3

I don't think I have truly understand what roflcopter really is before this side quest. the BEST SIDE QUEST EVAH. But now I'm left to wonder what would've happened if you gave the letter to Karane. Gratitude crystals or LOLs which are more worth it.

@WinslettXIII Actually, if you gave the letter to Karane, you can talk to Pipit a little later and get more crystals after a SPECIAL scene. And some LOLs. :)
